  • Hanex Solid Surfaces Composition

    Hanex Solid Surfaces is composed of Methyl Methacrylate (MMA) and Poly Methyl Methacrylate (PMMA) resin filled with Alumina Trihydrate (ATH) and other specialized formula to give it a timeless beauty and quality. The strength of Hanex comes from the acrylic resins while ATH gives Hanex its chemical, stain and fire resistant properties.

  • Hanex Production

    Hanex Solid Surfaces is made from hardening natural minerals with acrylic resin and compressing them into sheets by employing a successfully developed Double Belt Casting Unit (DBCU) to produce superior Hanex Solid Surfaces. The DBCU allows heat and cooling treatment to be applied to both sides evenly for maximum efficiency. 

  • Polish & Inspection

    Hanex Solid Surfaces undergoes a rigorous inspection for any air bubbles or foreign material within the solid surface. The Hanex Solid Surface should be checked for uniformity throughout the entire sheet before sanding or buffing to polish the surface for shipping.

  • Shipping

    Hanex Solid Surfaces is stored flat in pallets or racks that are evenly supported. Sheets of Hanex can be stacked on top of another as long as the base of the sheets are fully supported. Hanex can be transported from the factory to the fabricator via flatbed or container. 

  • Installation

    Hanex Solid Sufaces is proven to be heat, chemical, bacteria and stain resistant. Hanex is easy to maintain requiring cleansing with a damp cloth or sponge and can be repaired easily. Hanex Solid Surfaces can be easily fabricated for vertical or horizontal use indoors and outdoors. It is the ideal surface for any project due to its beauty, durability, and design flexibility.
